Some sockets/plugs in India are the same as in Somalia while for others you will need an adapter.
Frequency
Frequency is the same in India and Somalia (50 Hz) so there shouldn't be any problems.
Voltage
Although voltages in India (230V) are not exactly the same as in Somalia (220V), they vary by only few percentages which shouldn't make any difference to most devices.
